Fit4Life Course

The Fit4Life Course  covers 12 foundations which can help us overcome the opposing forces to our health and wellbeing. Learning about being fit and well can enable you to be “fit for life” but it can also help you to help others.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) definition of Health is a “state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”  This definition of health is key to quality of life and transcends standard of living, another WHO measurement of well being.
